Development
of the project
consists of a 83,346 square foot new Shopping Center.
The plans call for a total of two (2) in-line retail buildings and four
(4) pads on this 10 acre site. Each
five acre parcel has an 30,473 square foot in-line retail lease
building; a 4,000 square foot pad and a 7,200 square foot pad
site.
The unit sizes on the in-line retail lease space will start at 1,200 square feet and
up.
All buildings are one story in height with the building elevations
depicting stucco exteriors with assorted stone veneers, decorative
plant-ons, decorative steel tube frames, decorative awnings,
concrete tile roofs and a decorative tower with copper roof
at both ends of the buildings near Peace Way and Tompkins Avenue. The complex will have five
(5) access points from Fort Apache Road and one access point from both
on Peace Way and Tompkins Avenue.
The project incorporates landscaping at the perimeter boundaries with
interior landscape islands. |
| Construction Commencement: |
Development
of this Shopping Center
project will be in 2
phases. Construction on the first phase (Phase 1)
being the north
five acre parcel is estimated to begin the early part
of the fourth
quarter of 2006. Phase 1's building was finaled on June 11,
2007. Landlord is currently in the leasing phase.
The second phase (Phase 2) which is the
south five acre parcel will start construction sometime after the first
phase (Phase 1) has been 100% leased. |
