bonded contractors.
- Periodic
property inspections.
- Maintenance
of
property utilizing
licensed and insured contractors.
- Negotiation
and
procurement
of service contracts for continued maintenance of property.

personally by
leasing specialist.
- Cooperation
with
other Brokers
and Agents.
- Full
property
presentation packages
including color photograph, location map, property summary, zoning
code,
utilities, leasing rates, duration and type of lease required.
- Advertisement
of
property to
all local real estate agencies, Internet advertisement and signage
placed
on the property.
- Screening of
potential tenants
utilizing one or a combination of the following; rental application,
credit
report, past rental history, corporate financials or equivalent.
